An elderly man in Louisiana had owned a large farm for many years.

At the back of the farm was a large pond, perfectly shaped for swimming.

He had fixed the area up nicely with picnic tables, horseshoe courts, and apple and peach trees.

One evening, the old farmer decided to walk down to the pond to check on things, since he hadn’t been there in a while.

He grabbed a five-gallon bucket to collect some fruit on the way back.

As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing.

When he got closer, he saw a group of young women skinny-dipping in his pond.

He made his presence known, and all the women quickly swam to the deep end.

One of them shouted, “We’re not coming out until you leave!”

The old man frowned and replied, “I didn’t come down here to watch you ladies swim naked, or to make you get out naked.”

He lifted up the bucket and added, “I’m just here to feed the alligator…”

Every one of the girls ran screaming out of the water.

The old man just stood there watching.

Some old men can still think fast.
